Freeze the Moment is a summery afternoon of creativity, connection, and a little bit of magic. You'll decorate a picture frame, print your photo on-site, build your own ice cream, and write a postcard to your end-of-summer self, all in a warm, welcoming space designed to help you slow down and be present.

🍦 Ice Cream Bar – Build your own bowl or cone with seasonal toppings, fruit, drizzles, and all the good stuff.
✉️ Postcard to Your Future Self – Write a note to your end-of-summer self during a guided intention-setting moment led by our wellness collaborator. We'll mail it to you in late August.
🌿 Intention-Setting Moment – A short, optional reflection experience facilitated by a mental health professional. Grounding, gentle, and genuinely meaningful.
